First and foremost, I love people and I love talking to people, meeting new people and really really really love taking pictures of people. Starting with my beloved cherry red Nikon D3100 in my angsty teenage years, I’ve carried around in my handbag bag various cameras capturing years of my life, my family, my friends and strangers - all who have in some capacity become my muses.

I come from a line of photographers; my grandfather photographed animals, my mother photographed my siblings and I during our childhood, my brother photographs nature and snow sports and I photograph people.
I’ve always taken the angle of “I want to be a fly on the wall” with my style of photography, and I love capturing people exactly as they are; hugging a friend for the first time in years, performing at gigs, crying at a wedding, moshing in a circle pit, dancing at their best friends wedding, the list goes on.

I want to show people how they look in the eyes of a stranger, capturing them for exactly who they are and how they feel. And thats what muses is for, seeing people for who they are when they think nobody is looking.
